There was an experiment in The True Lab that went wrong. It set off a radioactive explosion of DETERMINATION, changing all the monsters in the Underground.Now, everyone down here is sick, and hungry for DETERMINATION. And all of the monsters have been mutated, becoming very different from their True selves.
