Yes, I know. A bit unusual of a title for an Underswap take, but here's my reasoning.

I personally have always felt that Justice is one of the strongest character traits an individual can possess (be it actually justified or not) Almost everyone is guided by their own sense of Justice.

On the other hand, Determination is simply the will to persist. No reason, no goal, just because you can or have to. This to me does not seem very "strong" in terms of character traits, at least not the way it is shown in Undertale.

For these reasons, Justice replaces Determination in this Underswap take

So yeah, I hope i explained myself well enough.
