You play as Dr. Emily Hayes, a psychologist. She receives a mysterious letter claiming that her missing sister was last seen in Blackwood Asylum, a long-abandoned psychiatric hospital notorious for mysterious deaths. Emily must navigate the asylum, uncover its dark secrets, and puzzles and try survive the horrors lurking inside and find her missing sister.
