The Sonic Megamix hack originally created by Team Megamix can be downloaded here in its different versions: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 5.0. To play this hack you will need to get a Sega CD emulator (I highly recommend Kega Fusion) and the Sega CD Core Bios which I have both attached. Furthermore, it will also be possible to download the Ost of the CD Audio of v.5.0a. Good fun!
