Question: Is this game safe to play?

Answer: Yeah, This just a scratch project.

Question: Am I able to create YouTube videos without getting copyrighted for copyright infringement on music?

Answer: The main majority of soundtracks used ingame are supposed to be non copyrighted music, It is safe to do so with the exception of the 5/20 ending soundtrack.

Question: How do I fix unnecessary lag and glitches?

Answer: unfortunately that's out of my control as it depends on the users device, The only option I can think of is to avoid using a fps booster that can disrupt the game.

You thought TS1R's 5/20 difficulty was hard? wait until you experience 8/20 in TS3R along with 6/20 escape finale. After all, TS3 was known to be incredibly difficult to the point you would end up questioning your sanity.
