Hi! I’m a beginner indie developer working with Unreal Engine and a huge fan of TaWoG! I’d love to tell you about my game, and eventually release it for you. Right now, I’m actively developing the game on my own in Unreal Engine.

On one of his ordinary days, Gumball wakes up to an eerie silence…
A silence that has never existed in this house.
Coming downstairs, Gumball discovers a strange gift box. As he approaches and opens it, he is pulled into another dimension.

For several endlessly stretching minutes, he falls into the abyss and lands… back in his own home.
The silence is no longer as suffocating: birds are singing outside, and a pleasant chill drifts in through the window.

Suddenly, a familiar voice echoes from within the walls - Rob.
He explains that he dragged Gumball here and intends to create eternal suffering for him.
Rob has recreated his fake Elmore in this dimension, along with several trials meant to show Gumball suffer, die, and resurrect again and again, all in an attempt to save his loved ones, who are trapped here by Rob’s will.

But then, a new hope appears - Darkball.
Together with him, you devise a plan to either escape… or destroy this dimension entirely.

The choice is yours: will you find a way to escape, or drown in hope and destroy Rob’s creation - and Rob himself forever, sacrificing yourself?

Future game trials:

• «The Wattersons’ House» (in game version) – serves as a safe place where you can rest, look over your collection of paintings and tarot cards, and search for hidden items.

  

• «The Streets of Elmore» (W.I.P) – the familiar streets of Elmore, but… slightly different.

  

• «Dodj or Daar» – a small board game to catch your breath and take a break from the trials. I recommend playing with a friend.

  

• «School» - Escape (render version) – the familiar school where you were just recently bored in math class with Darwin has turned into a place of survival.

  

  Playable characters:

  • Gumball.

    

    Ability: Cat Sense - allows you to see William for a short time and warns you if William has spotted you.

  • Darwin.

    

    Ability: Fish Instinct - when caught by William, Darwin can escape several times. In addition, Darwin can see hidden and useful objects.

  • Penny.

    (W.I.P)

    Ability: Shape-Shifting - allows her to transform into a small creature for a short time and crawl into tight spaces. But be careful! Penny’s glow makes her extremely noticeable in dark areas. However, this glow gives her hope, so William’s Terror does not affect her.

  Enemies:

  

  William: a rather stealthy and quiet flying eye. His presence induces fear and panic as he approaches. Upon catching his victim, he destroys them from the inside. I suggest always watching your back-perhaps he has been observing you for a long time already?

• «Console!» (W.I.P).

• «New Elmore?» (W.I.P) - another copy of Elmore, but now you are cute cartoonish chibis! You will have to help everyone in Elmore and complete several difficult tasks.

• Will there be multiplayer?
  At the moment, I am not planning to add multiplayer, as it is technically too complex for me. However, in the future - yes.

• Will the game be available on mobile?
  Maybe

• What are the recommended system requirements?
  Currently, the recommended specs are:
  Ryzen 5 1600x
GTX 1070 (8gb)
8GB RAM

This is still not the full concept, and I will continue to expand on this text in the future.

The game is currently only in a very early stage. But I’ll be glad to share the development process with you along the way.
