I am making my final major ITM assessment task, this is it. The game of them all that my other recent years has been building up to.

The game itself is going to be a simple 2D side-scroller platformer, with a cutesy character and basic combat for a compelling story of an outcast of a medieval society. #platformer #adventure #puzzle #shooter #sidescroller

Concept plan for how one receives the bow. I could go Greek and have the Goddess of Archery - Artemis

She gives the player this, seeing his hero's heart. I don't know yet, nothing concrete.

Plan to add a bow and weapon swapping next session and flesh out Small Goblin more.

The working scripts created today include

- Enemy

- PlayerAttack

- PlayerController

Small Goblin enemy was re-animated and can now be Stunned, Running and Idle

New PlayerController script was made. Very similar to previous one but this was more compatible with jumping and animations.

All previous animations for player had to be redone. The parent GO wasn't set to origin. As well as the transitions and code between each was made. These animations include

- Idle

- Jump

- Land

- Run

- Slash

- TakeOff

A lot was done today. See above posts.

Tried finishing animations today, there is a big error with the code at the moment though.

5/02/2021 I created a finished working parallax script which allowed for an illusion of 3D movement in the background

After that I began creating the next 2 scenes either side of this hill scene during the beginning of Feb

- Forest Entrance
