A sonic & knuckles horror game.
There are 4 endings in total, good look finding them.
This is the prequel to Sonic OHQZSD or something.
How to run:
Double-tap the application file then press the "Extract All" button. Choose the location of the extractable folder. Wait for the files to compress from a .zip files into a folder, this may take a few seconds. After its done compressing, open the compressed folder and open the application named "S0NIC & KNUCKLES MNCHALUS". Then just have fun, I guess.
