Breath of Life is fast-paced shooter platformer that is based in a dark and colorless world, now devoid of all natural life.
A great war between the 'Light Kingdom' and the 'Dark Kingdom' has left the world in chaos, with creatures of the dark, prowling the world seeking to consume all source of good.
Players take control of the character of Evelynn, a girl with gifted powers, and embarks on a journey to defeat the darkness and restore life and light back to the world.

Using Evelynn's abilities drain her life, making players be cautious about spamming abilities.
Most of the combat in the game relies on reaction times and thinking ahead in order to minimalize damage taken.
Each level is hand drawn and painted, and makes minimal use of tiles.
