Amphibia - CounterCoup

CounterCoup is a 2D pixel fighter platformer fangame that takes place in the True Colors episode in Amphibia. Play as Anne to stop the Toad Coup against Newtopia.

(as a heads up for bug reports, I'll likely fix gamebreaking issues, but I had to release the game now because of school so it may be a while)

General Controls (Covered in-game, no need to memorise these now)

• Arrow keys to move, up or space to jump

• Q for a basic attack. Pressing Q while midair does a ground slam heavy attack

• W for a heavy attack

• E for block. Makes you immune to light attacks. Can be held to keep blocking. Block precisely when an enemy is attacking to trigger a stun.

• Shift + Left/Right arrow key to roll

Hovering over the skill buttons in game show more detailed descriptions

Most of the sprite assets were made by me. Essentially none of the sounds were made by me. All rights to Amphibia and the characters in Amphibia belong to Disney.
