Cuphead: Spamton NEO Boss Fight v. 2.0

I am proud to present an all-new complete rework of my original Spamton NEO Cuphead boss, with tons of changes made:

- Fully Vector artwork

- Some attacks changed/new ones added.

- The fight is now five phases long instead of six.

- Working progress bar on death screen.

- Improved EX mechanics/nuke super added (may be a bit buggy).

- Simple, Regular, and Expert difficulties.

HOW TO PLAY:

- Arrow Keys: Move

- X: Shoot

- Z: Parry

- C: Shrink

- V: EX/Super (must have at least 1 card for EX, and super requires 5).

- Q: Change Weapon
