What is Downtown DuQuoin BRAWL?:

DDB is a free-roaming, sidescrolling beat-em-up, with some RPG elements. It is based on a REAL town and has REAL people in it. All the buildings, streets, people you meet/fight is all real (except for some secret characters). There's epic bosses, awesome fighting moves, anything you'd want from a beat-em-up and more!

The Gameplay:

You have the choice of two characters: Caleb and Tim. You run around Du Quoin beating up people along the way. One of the fun things to do in town is finding the easter eggs and secrets. Everytime you find one, you get a small health increase. You also get a health increase after every boss fight. There are also unique ways to increase your other stats. To increase your strength for example, you beat up some guys and gain some money, then you head on over to the gym. At the gym, you pay to play a mini-game to increase your strength and the better you do, the more your strength increases. These are just a few features from the game.

Multiplayer:

I hope to have multiplayer functionality, if possible. Online and Local is what I have been thinking about.

Positions Needed:

  • ***Programmer

I need someone that can make the engine in unity, program AI, make minigames etc. Anybody that's interested let me know.
