The Funtime animatronics have just escaped the depths of the Sister Location as Ennard and they now need a place to lie low before they can leave and "do what they were created to do". They find a new pizzeria under-construction and decide to stay there. Unfortunately for you, you so happened to apply for a job there recently. And I think you know what happens next
"FNaF: Showtime Pizzeria" Takes place in between the events of "FNaF Sister Location" and "Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator".
