Grave Walk is a text-based game inspired by A Dark Room, and SeedShip. You are placed in a mysterious horror setting with little knowledge of yourself or the world around you. This game can be completed in under 20 minutes, but mistakes are likely on a first attempt. Player and game information is revealed as you delve further into the game, making decisions that impact what you know and what you’ve yet to learn.
This game was developed in Visual C++, and is the first game I’ve released after a year of self-learning. It has had many failed predecessors, but this is the final version I’d love to share. If you’re a fan of exploration and horror, this is a great game to try. Pending the popularity of Grave Walk, I may consider a Web-Based Java conversion.
