Iowa 1998 is a totally serious 2D shooter game about a guy named Biggerman who has to stop the contagious Boner-Virus (B-Virus for short) from spreading around Verden City, Iowa. He also has to kill all infected people and various ITTs (Infected Transformed Things) and stop the evil Parasol Incorporated who was behind the B-Virus.
The game is, once again, an action 2D shooter. You shoot anything you see. Everything in this game can kill you in a few hits. Or one, depending on the difficulty. Use WASD to move and SPACE to shoot. In order to beat the game, destroy at least 5 ITTs and you win. Your reward would probably be a roguelike endless mode if you are interested in playing this game in a loop for whatever reason.
