I've decided to change the default designs for Sonic and Tails. Going forward, post featuring these two will use these new designs. The previous designs are still in the game but are now their second costumes.

Chaos Energy is the games meter system. This system is responsible for the cancel system, LV 2 Specials, LV 4 Supers, and some character specific options. This combo costs 6 bars in total.
