KnowWonder Legacy is a classic-style action-adventure game that serves as a recreation of the beloved 1996 childhood videogame company KnowWonder. The game features multiple games in KnowWonder Legacy. Unlike Harry Potter and Shrek 2, the sixty base games are based on various literature and stories.

  • The gameplay of KnowWonder Legacy serves as the modern version of both Unreal 1 and 2 action-adventure games of the classic KnowWonder.

  • The game engine would likely use the Godot Engine for both retro-type 3D environment and character design.

  • The open-world game will likely have a beautiful classic environment, similar to Shrek 2 and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

  • There are sixty-six base games confirmed in KnowWonder Legacy single-player mode, planned as a full release game in 2024.

  • Each character in several base games has their own "passive skills", allowing them to compete in the challenge between solving puzzles, completing the sidequests and finding secrets areas on each level.

  • As the character increases their RPG-inspired abilities, unlocking the mystical orbs (Health orb colour is blue, Mana orb colour is purple, and Power orb colour is yellow) after you find the secret areas on each level.

knowwonder_legacy_story.png

"It's been twenty-five years since KnowWonder has made action-adventure games for youngers, a childhood videogame company. They made amazing games until that fateful day KnowWonder has been closed down in 2004, remembering their childhood games in the past. Three years later, you find the abandoned place where its location is the KnowWonder HQ, and uncover the mystery of forgotten miracles around the area, and then you find the old computer, behind the room, and it turns out, you're on the challenge in several forgotten games (based on various literature and stories) in KnowWonder, and be ready for the adventures of the digital world. You're about to play KnowWonder Legacy!"

The HeroMachine Tributes are the HM3 collection created by Bestod, and they are a tribute to the legendary HeroMachine 3, when he created one of the characters as an interdimensional species, and made them into ethnicities. These species are from one of the sovereign states of the dimension known as "Interdimensional Sovereigns". The number of collections will be set as one of the dimensions made by the storyteller himself. There are four HM Tribute collection sets (each collection is part of an interdimensional sovereign of the dimension); Prime, Futuristic, Historical and Ancestral.

In KnowWonder Legacy, you will find one of the HeroMachine Tributes in each game's level, there are several HeroMachine Tributes to be collected, and you will find any profile avatars (which can be found on the collection page) as your own profile.

There is a secret game. If you collect all the HM Tributes, you will access this secretly final game after beating all the games of KnowWonder Legacy. Can you reach the endgame before you beat all sixty games after you collect HM Tributes?
