Lucid.
Waking up in sleep is leading an indistinguishable double life. I myself as a lucid dreamer would like to show the side of my dreams against which I cannot defend myself. Because just like with sleep paralysis, you can have disturbances in a lucid dream. Things no longer appear in your custody.
Control your dreams but don't rule your senses. This is your subconscious, your soul. You won't get any dirt out of it.
