I've always heard promising things from this community, full of such creativity and a place where people can really shine, and I've decided...I want in! I want to sing my heart out until all of your pretty little ears bleed!

Q: How do I play this mod, again? I'm confused.

Q: Does this mod have anything to do with FaZer Unhinged & SuperStamps's Monika.EXE mod?

A: Hahaha, you crack me up.

Believe it or not, it doesn't! This mod was in it's concept phase loooong before their VS Monika.EXE mod released.

Q: Are you guys planning to remake some stuff related to VS Monika.EXE?

A: Naaaaah! We considered it at one point, but I think it'd be for the best if we just kept the two projects totally unrelated with each other.

Q: Does this mod have anything to do with DusterBuster's Doki Doki Takeover?

A: No.

Q: I don't like how you drew the Dokis. Couldn't you just use DDTO's artstyle?

A: I wanted to come up with my own FNF-derivative style for the Dokis. DusterBuster's interpretations are nice, but I feel like they follow too much of a formula to be considered accurate to Dave's more freeform artstyle (and I want my mod to be considered separate from DDTO anyways).

Q: Who is this?

A: I made V2 Lunatic's sprites. The really ugly ones.

Q: Who's the Monika.EXE in this mod?

A: A day after the release of VS Sonic.EXE 2.0 & a before the release of FaZer Unhinged's Festival, I came up with the idea of a parody character (Monika.EXE) that would poke fun of the "evil Monika" stereotype people had assumed back in the day. Plans for the character got bigger when I then had the idea to have the other characters in DDLC as murder victims (not unlike in Sonic.EXE). Initially she would have had both an FNF mod & a fanfic attached to her name, but she then split into two characters, one of them which I named MEXE for shits & giggles.

Q: What's with the mod's subtitle being "OUTDATED"?

A: This mod is based off old designs for my other Monika.EXE take.

Q: Where're the current designs, then?

A: Oh...somewhere. I'm unsure if they'll be seeing the light of day anytime soon due to the amount of focus I've been putting on this project instead (questionably), but I'm for now I'm at least hoping on eventually.

Q: These designs suck! Monika.EXE sucks!

A: Ow, but yeah, I get it.

Monika.EXE doesn't make a lot of sense as you're applying horror on top of horror - the most you could probably get out of it is a creepypasta-inspired DDLC horrorfic, but that's about it.

Q: Then why are you still working on this mod?

A: It's fun and I like taking unusual concepts and executing them in a way that could be considered decent. Don't you know what a parody is?

Q: Will there be any updates to this mod in the coming future?

A: We got a full release planned & in the works as we speak. Should things go well, you might be seeing it soon enough...
