No Ómega World acompanhamos a história de um personagem chamado Crystali, chefe e diretor de uma instituição estadual, ligada a uma instituição global referida como ''Instituto à Proteção Ómega'' ou IPO, uma instituição que está ligada à proteção à classe Ómega, por ser uma classe mais fragilizada fisicamente e a maior classe a serem abusadas sexualmente ou fisicamente/psicologicamente por Alfas e Betas. Cristaly, um dos únicos da classe Ómega a chegar a um nível na Instituição tão longe, chengando a Vice-Presidente dela, que está focado a proteger todos da sua espécie, fazendo o que for necessário para isso. Acompanhado por três companheiros e grandes amigos, Vyunah, seu melhor amigo alfa de infância, Giovanna, melhor amiga de 5 anos, uma da classe Beta e Lilith, sua prima, atual namorada de Giovanna que neste caso é Alfa. Na campanha Crystali irá receber todos os dias reclamações policiares de Ómegas que foram abusados e de defuntos de tais encontrado, uns recentemente e outros a mais de 1 mês. Crystali revoltado com este tipo de noticias, começa uma procura junto dos seus amigos dos casos de abuso fora dos colégios internos colocados pela instituição, vendo por todos os lados, que o faz descobrir sobre clubes sexuais, como atração principal Ómegas obrigados a aquele tipo de trabalho, vendas clandestinas em mercados negros, que os produtos principalmente vendidos são Ómegas raptados e vendidos para quais quer vontades do comprador, até de serventes e empregados, até brinquedos e escravos sexuais. Crystali dedicado e determinado a para isso, vai em frente com a sua investigação, fazendo de tudo para parar esse tipo de abuso à classe mais fragilizada.
