On devices running Android 7.1.1 (API level 25) and lower, they should enable theĀ Unknown sourcesĀ setting inĀ SettingsĀ >Ā Security
Allow permissions for camera and wave your phone at the floor and walk around a bit to calibrate the floor plane before tapping and placing the set at your feet to begin.
