I finally fixed like very few things.
Tranquil Dreams (NES version) and all startup chimes were updated. I have yet to do the SNES variants (and obviously GXSCC + ORG soon).

I forgot to post this so before I head to bed I'll say it now: fixed two errors in one - minor melodic error in Tanpopo Town, and Tanpopo Town not playing upon fixing the error. This error has also been fixed.
