Project Lemons
Project Lemons
A cozy lemonade stand economy simulator
Welcome to Project Lemons, a systems-driven management sim where a big city hides a surprisingly competitive lemonade economy.
Start small with a single stand on a street corner. Manage your margins, and try to turn a profit. But, you’re not alone — rival stands pop up nearby, weather shifts demand, neighborhoods develop their own personalities, and every decision ripples through the local economy.
This is a game about reading the map, understanding demand, and out-thinking your competitors.
Controls
Right click a building to open the interaction menu
Use the Yellow lemon icon to Build (if none already exist)
Use the Red lemon icon to Sell a stand (if one exists on that building)

Deep, Data-Driven Economy
Buy and manage supplies (lemons, ice, cups)
Set prices dynamically — too high and customers walk, too low and profits vanish
Wealth, demand, weather, and competition all factor into sales
Track profits, daily sales, lifetime earnings, and growth over time
This isn’t idle — it’s about optimization, timing, and strategy.
Rival Stands with Personality
AI competitors open and close stands dynamically
Each competitor has unique behavior: aggressive pricing, high margins, expansion-focused, or reckless
Rivals can undercut you, starve demand, or go bankrupt if mismanaged
You’re not just playing the market — you’re playing against it.
Dynamic Events & Weather
Weather directly affects sales and customer behavior
Notifications keep you informed about competitor actions, events, and market shifts
The world reacts to what’s happening — even when you’re not looking
Designed for System-Lovers
Project Lemons is built around emergent gameplay:
No scripted solutions
No fixed “best” strategy
Learn the systems, adapt, and grow
Whether you enjoy spreadsheets, city sims, or watching complex systems unfold, this game rewards curiosity and experimentation.
In Active Development
Project Lemons is evolving with:
More events and weather types
Expanded competitor behaviors
