Pyramid Panic

**You play an explorer that is investigating a large pyramid complex trying to find the treasures of a legendary pharaoh. But pyramids are dangerous places. There are deadly scorpions and beetles and mummies will come down to hunt you. But you have no fear and will unravel the secrets of the great pyramid and return as a rich man.

**To help you on you way there are a number of sacred scarabs hidden around the pyramid. By activating these you can temporarily channel the power of great Ra the sun god making you invulnerable to damage and death to the touch. Choosing carefully when to activate these objects will be key to your survival, but take care, the scarabs are rare and only those who escape the pyramid will end up rich men...

**Just one last warning then to the wise: Somewhere in the pyramid lies the great Sword of Ra - valuable it is and powerful, but remember - every sword has two edges, approach it with care...

While you are on the opening screen:

Use the left mouse button to click on any of the buttons

While playing the game:

Use the arrow keys to move the exporer

Press <Shift> to use a scarab

Hold <Space> to wield the Sword of Ra

Press <F5> to save the game and <F6> to load a saved game

Press <F4> to switch full-screen mode

Press <Esc> to return to the opening screen
