Pythian Game Engine v1.4.6

This is a pre-demo release of the Pythian Game Engine v1.4.6

This release is primarily for the members of the project, especially the artists, so they can see the progress of the demo map.  This map is a work-in-progress for our playable demo release in January (hopefully... ok, we're never gonna make it).

Remember to run PConfigEditor.exe first before you run the engine.  This creates the INI from which the MainEngine configures itself.
