Made for:

• Alt accounts (because one ain’t enough)

• 2AM rants when you can’t sleep

• Meme spam, noise, and weirdness

Random Rants + does not include swearing, violence, or inappropriate content built into the platform.
All content is user-generated, and rooms are always unlisted by default — this cannot be changed.

It’s up to you who joins your room. Anyone with the link can post pretty much anything, so only share your room with people you trust — or be ready for some chaotic drama

There are two ways to invite others:

• Use the Quick Join Code (found in your room list)

• Share the room URL directly

Moderation & Privacy

• There is no message filtering or automatic moderation.

• Messages, screen shares, camera, and microphone streams are not monitored or stored by the site.

• Only people in the room can see what's shared — not the site owner.

Room Ownership System

• Every room has a true owner who cannot be removed.

• Owners can grant ownership access to other users, who can:

  • Delete the room

  • Change room info & permissions (like soundboard or media sharing)

  • Use admin-only commands (;refresh, etc.)

Type ;help in any room to see a list of available commands.

AI Usage Notice:

Some of the dialog messages, site text, and code on Random Rants + are generated or assisted by AI (like ChatGPT) to help speed up development and improve user experience.

However, all important decisions, moderation, and creative choices are made by real people — including the site owner and room moderators.

This blend helps us keep the site fun, responsive, and constantly improving while making sure a human touch guides the community.
