You got me going for awhile but I figured out the secret screens for this one (I didn't for the last one :'). Depending on what time you die you get 6 screens, some of these require extra steps and are not gainable with this. Two of these hides an extra screen that's very blurry but you can make something out, two of the screens can kick you off your computer and must be carful but if you decompile the game you can see what one of them is and it's interesting. If the timer goes to 6 you'll be meat with "you didn't win" and you'll get one of the screens, stay on the screen long enough and the game will crash you're pc.
Now there does seem to be some sort of story and I think I got a idea of what it is but it's only theory's and it might not be true, have read if your interested:

This theory comes from the images and the audio file names, so chances are I might've gotten it incorrect but so knows lol. I believe that the location we are at is the island, but it seems something might've taken over it and has transformed the place to a church. The enemy you fight (I believe) is a blue angel, a type of angel known as a Seraphim that close with god or is punctually Archangel Michael himself judging you if you should go to heaven or not. If you survive you somehow lose and are shown a red headless Mickey with flames behind him, showing that you went to hell. Another thing is that for one of the rare screens one of them takes the form of a red Mickey with a large mouth and has a red background, this could mean that we somehow became worse and could've become a full on demon. For two of the rare screens you see Mickey standing in one of the rooms staring at you, if you wait long enough for ether of them the screen will go static and you'll be shown a blurry red and blue room with not a way of knowing where you are. I think it's meant to show that we didn't go to ether Heaven or Hell and we're just in the middle of it. there are two "close your pc" screens with one of them showing a Mickey that seems to be tilting a little the right and one of them is the office from 2.0. So far the office is the close thing to get to "heaven" as all the other screens are ether horrific or leaves us with nothing, perhaps the office is meant to be something else. Another thing that's most likely true is that this game is a prequel to fnati66 since that game seems to take place in "hell" while this one would mean that this is in-between Heaven and purgatory with us going to hell in two of the screens.

That's my theory, I've had a lot of fun writing this and learning what the story was for this since you left clues for the last game which I also had fun playing that as well. I hope you make a third one and I can't wait for whatever it is you do next :) Have a nice day/night.

FYI for anyone playing this!: this game can shut off your computer. Clickteam apparently let games do this hence why Clickteam games often get false flagged (source: my bf who uses Clickteam). be careful when playing these.
