Sprite Animation Cutter is a tool designed for editing and testing sprite animations. It allows you to:
Test Sprite Sheets: Import your sprite sheet, specify the number of rows and columns, and press the play button to preview your animation.
Create Animated GIFs: Generate GIFs from your sprite sheets or individual sprites.
Separate Sprites: Split a sprite sheet into individual PNG images and export them.
Extract Frames from GIFs: Import a GIF to extract and save individual frames as PNG images.
To test your sprite sheet, import it, set the number of rows and columns, and press play. You can exclude sprites from the animation by dragging them out of the frame or adjust their positions.
Exporting sprites is simple: open your sprite sheet, define the rows and columns, select "Separate Sprites," and then press "Export Sprites" to save them as individual files.
Playback Modes: Test your animations with the following modes:
Normal
Reversed
Loop
Loop Reversed
Loop Ping Pong
Loop Random
By default, animations play in "Loop" mode.
