I almost played it because I saw the warning notes saying it will delete all of my files it happened last time with me my fires were deleted including all of my old creepypasta games..

Okay but seriously, this game will delete and create files. But don't worry, the files it deletes come with the zip file.
If this game gets flagged as a virus by your anti virus, it's a false positive. It happens all the time with Clickteam Fusion games.
If you don't believe me, play it on a VM.
Don't take any of the files out of the folder after un-zipping, or else the game will not work.
Also be aware this game has some dark and gorey graphics from time to time
