Team Fleet is a multiplayer arena space shooter. Inspired by games such as “Subspace”, “Star Trek: Starfleet Command”, “Star Control” and others. It will offer Fast paced action, team and free-for-all play, and tactical strategy.

Currently still in alpha development, it is planned to offer round based matches at release, and will be primarily multiplayer with players being able to host private and public matches, having team based play and some free-for-all modes. There are planned to be around twenty ships flyable on release, with possibilities for more after release.

Game modes planned:

Deathmatch
Team Deathmatch
King of the System
Escort (Freighter Escort vs. Pirates)
Capture the Station/Planet
and more…

Players will not be limited to flying Fighter style craft only. There are Planned to be three main classes of ship, Fighters, Corvettes and Capitol Class. Game matches will have options to limit ship class selection and weapon load-outs. players will be able to customize the load-out of their ship and its skin. Ships, parts and skins will be may be freely available or if the match rules dictate the would have a cost associated(in game currency not real currency).

If a team plays well as a group they will have advantages strategically, as Support ships and equipment will offer teams big benefits.

Patch 0.4.1.2
Just uploaded a new patch, this one has a few minor fixes and an additional feature that has been needed for a while. The first fleshed out game mode, Deathmatch with time or score limit.

0.4.11 Hotfix released, addresses some overpowered hp on most ships and adjusts ship movement in the hopes of making the game more fun.
