Touhou Adventure 2 Extend is a updated version of Touhou Adventure 2, it comes with patches and new stuff.
I think its better if you read the TA2 Discription first...

Added ''The Conclusion'' Story
Added Diffuculty settings for the normal story
Added a Argento ending [I wont tell how you get it]
Added some secrets
Changed game over sound
Changed Title screen
Fixed the problem that Rumia would be in the save house before you found her
Fixed the problem that if you took the teleport crystal that everyone would still be in the party
Fixed the problem that some party members where still there if you enterd the save house tru the back door
