UnHappy Street is a Point-and-click mascot horror game and the pilot episode is basically a demo containing the game's first chapter (or act).
Pilot:
You are a young man looking for his missing father in an old rundown and abandoned movie studio. But after a little research, you are stuck inside this building and you are not alone.
