Vortex Engine is probably my most complex project ever, its a game engine made in a game engine! Yeah! You heard that right! It's a Platformer/2D Game Engine where you are going to be able to create super simple 2D Games without any code. Heck even a 4 year old could probably learn this "engine" in 5 minutes.
You might wonder how do I compile my game? Once you are done building your game and you saved all the levels, you will need to go back to level 1and click on "load level" then "compile". Make sure you are NOT in the editor mode (with the blue background) then just do that for the rest of the levels!
How do I share the game on gamejolt/with my friends?
You will need to go to appdata/local scroll down until you see Vortex_Engine, then copy the folder and add it in the folder of Vortex Engine (the one where you can launch the actual .exe file) then just zip the whole thing and put instructions on the gamejolt page for your players on how to put the Vortex_Engine folder into appdata (if they dont do that they wont see anything, it will just be like using the normal Vortex Engine)

-3D stuff (Available in Vortex Engine 3D)
-Inventory (0% done)
-Make the UI better. (Not planning on improving it, this project will be finished once version 0.0.2/0.0.3 will be done, the next versions are going to be private)
Things that I will NOT add:
-Live Code Editor ( not possible in the game engine im making this in, sorry D: )
-Advanced 3D Crap (Not possible to implement)
-Ability to create lots of custom things (This would be very hard to implement and isn't worth it for a small project like this)
Things that I might consider adding in the future:
-Multiplayer (After thinking about it, multiplayer might be a thing in the future) (NO LONGER GOING TO IMPLEMENT)

Welp, I finished the first build of the engine! Yeah! Im going to publish it in like 30 minutes since im still finishing some things.
WARNING! THE ENGINE (ATM) IS STILL EXTREMELY BUGGY AND LIMITED! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
New Update! The pre-alpha release of this engine might be published sooner than I thought!
Im actually making huge amount of progress on this engine, meaning it might get released sooner! (Maybe at the end of january or mid feburary, or even sooner)
