I managed to get my hand on well documented bugs from the original FNaF World that I hadn't fixed yet, which is where most of these patches come from. Unless something in the list below somehow broke something else very obscure in the game, this is the last update.

General
Converted the music to a different file type, greatly reducing the game's file size and audio bugs on Android.
Overworld
Fixed the layering of the wall flames in one of the caves leading to a chip chest;
Patched a bug where the player would immediately leave the inverted world if they left the frame on top of a glitched object while in the inverted world;
Patched a bug where the player could mess with their area and position values by warping on the same frame as entering the inverted world;
With legacy mode off, a broken feature from the original game is restored where enemies can not use the 'jumpscare' attack if the party is already stunned;
The mega-virus effects no longer persist after all enemies are dead;
Patched a 1 in 20.000 chance to obtain Jack-O-Bonnie through Mystery Box 2;
Restored a broken feature in the original FNaF World where enemies would be more prone to poison damage as more enemies are in the screeen;
Fixed an original FNaFW bug where damage debuffs are calculated incorrectly, causing, for instance, the neon wall to divide incoming damage by 3 instead of the intended 2;
Munchies and the alarm balls now get destroyed if all enemies are dead;
Fixed the battle ticker starting at 0, and changed its behavior to prevent players from abusing the 2 seconds cooldown between leaving a menu and getting a random encounter;
Fixed the enemy's 'snowballs' attack being able to damage dead party members;
Patched a bug where the 'confused' effect from the enemy's 'jumpscare' attack could not spawn if used while changing teams.
Underground 4
Fixed Old Man Consequence's wrong spelling of "no where".
Foxy.exe
Changed the way collision is handled, avoiding double damage from the kittens;
Patched an abuse of mechanic the player could use to avoid all withered freddy encounters, by releasing the movement keys for just a moment every second.
Foxy Fighters
Fixed the tilting up and back Foxy plane sprites being swapped (bug found by @Pyturret
);
Updated legacy mode to remove the reverse Foxy plane tilting upon stopping movement.
Shop
Readded the deleted bytes description in Lolbit's store (how has no one, not even me noticed this was gone?).
Android
Foxy Fighters
Fixed a layering bug where Foxy would be on top of the joystick control.
