A few updates to the game!

Version 1.1.1 Change Log:
Added a hard mode after completing the game. In this mode, if you game over you have to restart the ENTIRE game, not just the world.
Added an insane mode after beating hard mode. This is similar to hard mode except you are permanently at your last life.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
