Technically she should be drawn from the side since she comes from a platformer but I prefer drawing this way for the time being!
I also hand-drew the normal sprite.
Its really interesting!
Despite the small size, and even though I thought the sprite was ugly at first, they really took anatomy into account with the original.
They were very careful about designing it and it shows when you really look at it!
Grandma Skater! I posted the clip studio version of this a long while back, and here I've turned it into a pixel art sprite with commentary!

For a bit I was drawing my characters with wider set eyes. I do still like it.
