The Statement

lets start with his wishes. as stated by popcorn prince before, hes not too fond with how the community has portraid Underswap in the past (blueberry -_-) and has made it clear in his own words that he does not want to be assosiated with Underswap anymore. this unfortunately includes our project attempting to shine a spotlight on him. it was a mistake of me to start this project early out of excitement, and I am sorry for that.

i also want to clarify that this project is NOT CANON UNDERSWAP, nor should it be considered canon. I believe that us calling this canon-swap disrespects PopcornPrince, to call this “how he wanted it to be”. From now on we will not be using the word “canon” to describe this project when referring to PopcornPrince’s work.

Conclusion

after some thinking ive decided to minimalize popcorn princes inclusion in the project. while he will remain in the credits for the artstyle. i do not wish to shine a spotlight on him or drag him back into this. ive also made some changes to the description to make it clear that this is a reimagining. Last mention is that this project is still and always has been an Underswap love letter based on PopcornPrince‘s style. thank you for taking the time to read this and with that I… I’ve gotta write a task list
