I worked on the main menu, I had very little time this week, making it more consistent and probably the controls section will disappear due to the absence of many commands (if there will be no spells in the game to cast).
The idea is to make a small survival mini-game and put into practice the new notions I learned over the years, at the time many LD users had found the idea amusing (even if it comes with its Copyrights problems) and good feedbacks. Hope you enjoy.
Years ago I participated in a Ludum Dare GameJam and the theme was "You are the Villain", after 24 hours I created a funny "hard to see" game that you can check here in the gif, I apologize for the size and quality. Today I had the idea to revamp it. :)
The game controller is almost ready, I need to merge it with a level manager that I never made, so this part takes time. Meanwhile I'm re-evaluating the graphic style that the game will have, thinking about a 1-bit style :) For now better placeholders
We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
