Reworking SKINLESS.
Hello everyone, I've been doing some redesign, both graphically and gameplay wise, before I move onto the next stage of development. Thank you for your patience, have some cool pictures for now!
anyways might as well start this devlog "in medias res", I'm currently working on a feature i've been procrastinating from making for such a long time, and that is absorbing the "ambrosia", the essence of other living beings. Made a neat little effect.

In SKINLESS, as you lose health, your appearance reflects the amount of damage you've taken. Where it was a simple fade before, I've now written it so it's controlled by a noise map. Gotta love shaders (i hate them :( )
Hope to have sort of a small trailer up soon, which will really illustrate the look and feel of the game. For now though, have a nice moody picture of the player character smoking one of his trusty energy-restoring cigarettes.
