Hello and welcome to our first devlog!
Since the Alpha 1 release, we’ve been working on new mechanics and improving the game using the feedback received by the players and the Trello page we did some months ago. Don’t forget to vote on the next mechanics that we should focus for Alpha 3: https://trello.com/b/yylzJIvT/vivaio.

Here is what we have done so far for Alpha 2:
New features:
Added a letters system. Letters are now an item, and can be stored or deleted
Added a drip bottle. A refillable bottle that can be placed above plowed farm and will water plants every day. It requires 5 units of water to keep the plants watered for 10 days.
New crop: onion.
New character animations: plant seeds and idle.
Improvements
Now the character can start sleeping at any time.
Character sprites rework for walking, plow and watering.
Money expenses/earnings now are shown below money for a couple of seconds.
Scrolling on Farmazon now is faster.
Product boxes now shows products above the box.
Changes
Watering can range reduced.
Upper hitboxes inside house.
Some tutorial texts updated.
Bugfixing
High CPU usage (limited FPS to 60+/-).
Product box sprite on basement shows above player sprite.
Objects at basement don’t fade out together with the basement background
