I have gotten a lot done. I have made an installer with click team installer for easy access as well! Just send me a comment and I will give you the key to the developer build v1.
I fully implemented the UI, so the ammo and the health can change.
The red and blue player can die if their health goes to 0 or below it.
Added a bullet that functions, so you can shoot it.
You can shoot and it needs ammo to shoot (but you can't reload yet
)The scene automatically starts over when one of the player dies.

I added another list to it called "functional" It means it is bare bones and will still be worked on, but functions. Get it? 
I have finished the scrolling, the Health, and the bullets. Both players are in the functional category, as they are still being worked on.
