About the drawing:

I did the work starting from a blank sheet, using only photoshop tools, without incorporating anything that was not drawn "by hand". I tried to achieve an acceptable level of realism, despite the difficulty. I'm very satisfied with the result. 😄

I'm sorry I don't publish drawings more often, and I must thank those of you who have not stopped following me in spite of it.

Story:

The explorers of the planet Osiris-1 continue with their expedition, this time entering areas populated by abundant vegetation. One of the rarest plant species consists of semi-rocky formations in the form of long stems, from which sprout thorns that give rise to a kind of luminescent crystal flowers. These flowers are the main food of a newly discovered creature. It has received the name "Fly Monkey", since its appearance is somewhat reminiscent of a primate with strange compound eyes that give it a grotesque appearance. This creature has tentacles on its four limbs, with which it clings without difficulty to the long stems on which it finds its food. Its enormous teeth, similar to those of a rodent, are very worn down due to the hardness of the crystals. This creature is completely peaceful and doesn't seem to fear humans. The explorers continue their expedition, documenting everything they find and looking for some indication of the existence of a civilization...
