Merry spring break, everyone. A week long break from whatever life responsibilities you have sounds nice, so let's spend that time auditioning instead!11

You might recall that in our previous update last month, we said that we'll be doing voice lines on our discord. It's going to be different than last time, because instead of you just commenting under this post, getting Friend requested by me, and going from there, you can just stop by our Discord(link is in the DP community) and read the Google Doc that has information about all the characters that need voice ""talent"".

You don't have to be a talented voice actor to auditions(though, that would be nice...) all you need to have is a:

Decent microphone (I.E. I can actually HEAR you over your computer fan)
A quiet place to record
have to actually put effort into your role

Please keep in mind that most of these characters only have a couple lines, so this won't be a full time thing or anything.

So what happens whenever I audition?

When you pick your character, you gotta record yourself doing the voice that you think would be good for said character(duh). In the Doc, there will be test lines you can say(like maybe a small excerpt from the script) or you can just say something completely original that sounds like something said character would say.

After we get enough auditions, Me, ComX, and whoever else I ask for feedback will have to judge your lines. Whoever we feel has the best Voice, Mic quality, and personality will get the role!

And that's it. Auditions will end whenever we get what we're looking for.
