Been a while, huh?

(General update on things)

Greetings,

I sincerely apologize for the radio silence on my end, with irl stuff happening, as well as me being involved on other projects, and my laptop shutting itself off whenever it wants, I have had little to no time to update everyone here on how things are. (in fact my laptop shut itself off multiple times while writing this post)

So allow me to take this time to update you all on every project:

Plushtrap's Misadventure

Development of Plushtrap's Misadventure has very much slowed down.

Rest assured, the game isn't canceled, but with the aforementioned issue with my laptop, I have been very scared of losing hours of work on the project.

Some good news, however, is that I have worked on giving the game a custom battle ui.

All ui elements are subject to change with time.

Act 2's story has been planned out (for a while now), but, once again, not much progress in creating it has been made, which I will apologize for once more.

Springtrap's Debauchery Quest

holy crap it's almost been 7 years since i released my very first game.

Looking back, especially now with me being much better at utilizing RPG Maker's tools...

yeah this game should not have been released LMAO.

Don't get me wrong, I am still proud of past me for having the guts to put themself out there and release it, and for a first game ever its fine.

But I'd be lying if I didn't say it needed more time in the oven.

I do plan on giving SDQ another shot after I'm done with Plushtrap's game, as I think that, with a proper modernisation, the game can really shine into its own, while still keeping the original's spirit.

But that chance will come when the time is right.

As of now, I'll keep the current upload of the game up, both for archival purposes, but because the game does mean a lot to me, as the first game I ever made.

I have changed its name to have "Legacy Release" in its brackets, to not confuse it with the future "Final Mix" version of the game, and I'll look into giving it one final update, fixing any and all bugs I can find. I'll attempt to launch that update soon, but don't expect it to happen right now.

Withered Bonnie's Travels Through Time

The biggest game I have ever planned is also the one I have restructured the most (go figure).

Truth be told, the original release schedule I had in my for the game sucked, as originally, I wanted to release each act on its own like it was a modern indie horror game.

Sense, however, I have decided that will just be how I tackle creating the game, two acts at a time between other projects.

It will be a LONG time until this game ever releases (I haven't even started on a possible "prototype" build for it), but when it does start, I would like to still release a demo of sorts. Mostly to replace the old one, which while not terrible, could be improved by a LOT.

The quote on quote "DLC" is still on the table, however. Don't know if it will just release with the game, or be ACTUAL addition content released separately that you have to manually add to your game, but I'll have it figured out when the time for it roles around (I hope).

F***Boy's Bi-Weekly

While not a game project, I still want to mention it.

For those unaware, F***Boy's Bi-Weekly is a video series where I, every other week, put out a longplay on a fnafb game.

As of right now, I have 3 videos of this series up, two on my modified copy of FNAFB Ultimate, and one thats apart of a mini-series on Golden Edition, which is dividing the game into it's 3 nights.

Here are the links to each, if you wish to view them:

This is my current priority when it comes to fnafb content, sense the hardest part of these is the editing of the video itself and I can record these in just a few days. (The Ultimate videos take me just a day to record, I speedrun that game lmao)

Conclusion

But with that said, this is all I really wanted to talk about.

I once again want to apologize for the total radio silence on my end, tho I am currently going to tech related issues, that is no excuse to leave you all in the dark for this long.

I'll try to work on that bug fix to the legacy edition of SDQ, but it may take a while to release. I'll still try to make it soon-ish, but don't hold me to that.

With all that said, I'd like to thank you for reading this entire thing.

And I'll see you on the flipside.

-Plush (yes i go by Plush now, i just haven't changed the name on gamejolt yet)
