The last character I have to draw from Out of Time and one of the last antagonists the crew has to fight.

The Scar was an injury he got as a baby from a Time Patroller

I've noticed a pattern in my art. I will switch it up, just give me a sec to be obsessed first

He could just be a head tho, in story it works out.

A time thief who gained such mastery over mind chronos he could possess people.
