Our weather forecast shows a chance for these rains to occur this week. Citizens are advised to wear protective headgear and never go outside without it. A droplet can contain a minuscule amoeba that may go inside your brain and induce a nightmarish hallucinatory state.

Commentary:

8 is a pretty abstract one, it's raining nightmares! Or well, amoebas of nightmares. Do you know Plague-Inc's Neurax worm? It's kind of like that.

The perspective of this one is a bit hard to do, like the droplets. My skills and equipment forbid me to make something above average so sorry about that. :/
