Professor Graceline Endena went insane shortly after achieving her greatest dream; to get a Master's degree in Neuroscience. Knowing the existential dread that people just can't get along with one another, she brandished her ice pick and took matters into her own hands: by lobotomizing people to make them love each other. Though she's an expert at IRL shipping, she never had a partner because everyone normally hates her.

Commentary:

Ah yes, number 9; a lobotomizing cat. Need I say more? She's what she is.

I was thinking of bringing up pre-existing characters for this prompt but I just feel like I need to make a new one. So I created a lobotomizing cat that wants people to love each other. An innocent goal for a nightmarish method.
