I was pretty lazy to model a detailed model of the endoskeleton, so this one is a model from JR's that is freely available for download.
I just replaced his eyes :)

I'm honestly not too happy with this model, but it will play a small role in the game so whatever.
Maybe there will be one more animatronic (not sure yet).

(one of my friends knows how to make cylinder effect in Turbowarp, so be ready for 3D rotatable cameras :) but about this in some different post)

So, this was the first devlog, I hope you liked it.
The next steps in development will be:
-Model each room for cameras in Blender.
-Render cameras and apply cylinder effect and some of my own vhs effects in Turbowarp.
-Render animatronics on cameras.
-Make animatronics's A.I.
-Finish shop system on laptop.
And then I'll see (idk exactly).
