Does anyone know how to resize digimon battler sprites. I'm making a digimon fan game. But I can't find a way to resize the sprites without ruining the quality. P.S. I don't have photoshop.

Hey guys, I'm working on something big! For those who don't know what Digital Heroes is, it's a Digimon fan game (made by me) in which you play as some of the digimon in a side-scrolling platformer game. And I'm working on its sequel now!
Sometimes the suction cup get sticky. Small animation I made in Blender after doing my tutorial on picking up/dropping objects in animations. Crate model by jQueary (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-sci-fi-crate-d98deca6…).
