Due to unknown circumstances, an angel found itself with a demonic entity growing inside of it.

Because of this, it was forced to descend from Heaven to the Earth so the creature would not get in (to Heaven).

The angel landed on the outskirts of a remote town, far away from modern society. It hid itself away from humans so they would not get hurt or interfere.

Shortly after, the entity burst out of the angel, fatally wounding it in the process.

As the angel lay there, it looked upon the entity, and made one final statement before dying:

“Quare hoc fecisti mihi?”

The entity looked upon the dead angel, and felt nothing. It crawled away into the woods beyond, leaving a trail of its and the angel’s blood.

It knew nothing of what to do, or where it was heading.

It only knew one thing.

It was quite hungry.
